Built by an Engineer, Not a Staffing Agency.
BetaCrew was founded by Ronil Mehta, a software engineer who built systems at Meta, Bloomberg, and Susquehanna International Group (SIG). Ronil studied at Rutgers University and has spent over 12 years building high-performance engineering systems, from low-latency trading infrastructure to large-scale consumer platforms.
He started BetaCrew because he saw how hard it was for US companies to find great engineers in India without going through the typical outsourcing machine. BetaCrew is not a staffing agency with a database. It's an engineering company that happens to also help you hire.
